Grew up in Western NY, a middle child of a large family.  Moved to NE after graduating from college (SUNY at Buffalo).  In 2000 my family and I moved to Maine.

I am a Corinthian.  I really LOVE that.

Dragonflies and fireflies are magical to me.  I have always loved the color green and now purple too, like an iris.  My passions are my girls, books - of course, gardening, taking hot baths and listening to folk, celtic and bluegrass music.  I have an old cedar shingle mill outbuilding I am turning into a tea shop with the come in an be comfortable reading all my books feel.  I have a big old chocolate lab and some chickens, the rooster could go without me caring... he was a science project....

Where do I buy books?  Isabella and Chinaberry catolog, the Briar Bookstore and BookMarc's in Bangor and our local Goodwill. 

Each year I look forward to Herbfest in June and Common Ground Fair in September both in Unity Me, and the Bangor American Folk Festival in August.

I buy my garden seeds etc from FEDCO cooperative, lots of organics and dedicated to preserving seed integrity.
